Delivery throughout Canada
We offer free standard shipping to all 13 Canadian provinces and territories, including Quebec. We currently ship within Canada.
Processing and transit times
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Standard shipping normally takes a further 4–6 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and applicable public holidays. These are separate stages; the typical combined estimate is 5–8 business days.
We provide a shipping confirmation and tracking information when available. Weather, carrier disruptions and remote-area conditions can affect estimates. Contact us about a delayed, lost or damaged parcel; we will investigate and provide the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.
Charges and address details
Standard delivery is free. Product prices, applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout before you submit payment. Review your address and contact us promptly if a correction is required. We will not add an unapproved delivery charge after your order.
Delivery problems and cancellation rights
If we cannot fulfil your order or meet an agreed delivery commitment, we will contact you about the available options. You retain all statutory rights concerning non-delivery, delays, cancellation and refunds.
