30-day returns and exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order. Contact support@bedsurehomen.shop with your order number and the item you want to return. We pay return shipping for both change-of-mind returns and damaged, defective or incorrect items.
How to return
We will provide the return instructions and a prepaid shipping method or label. Please contact us before sending the parcel so we can confirm the correct return destination. The business address below is not automatically the return warehouse. Keep your shipment receipt and tracking number.
Please return the item and included parts securely packaged. Explain any damage, defect or missing item so we can arrange the appropriate remedy. A photo can help us understand the issue; it does not replace your statutory rights.
Refunds and exchanges
After receiving the return, we will inspect it, inform you of the outcome and arrange the refund to the original payment method. Our review and initiation of the refund are separate from the time your bank or payment provider takes to post it. Contact us if you need a status update. Any mandatory statutory refund deadline takes priority.
Exchanges depend on stock. If a replacement is unavailable, we will discuss a refund or an alternative with you before proceeding. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation or changes before dispatch. If the parcel has already shipped, we will explain the return process. This does not limit statutory cancellation rights for late delivery, missing required disclosures or other legally protected circumstances.
These store policies do not exclude or restrict any non-waivable consumer rights, legal warranties, cancellation rights or remedies under applicable Canadian federal, provincial or territorial law. Where a mandatory rule provides greater protection, that rule applies.
