Payment at checkout
Use the payment options actually displayed in Shopify checkout for your order. Availability can depend on the payment provider, device and order details. We do not require payment through an unrelated website or by sending card details to email support.
Currency and total
Review the currency, product subtotal, applicable taxes, free standard shipping and final total before authorising payment. If any detail is unexpected, stop and contact support@bedsurehomen.shop for help.
Authorisation and failed payments
Your bank or provider may request authentication or place a temporary authorisation. If payment fails, check the entered information or contact your provider. Avoid submitting repeated payments if you are unsure whether an order succeeded; contact us with the order details.
Refunds
Approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method. Our return review and refund initiation are separate from the posting time controlled by your bank or provider. Mandatory statutory refund deadlines remain applicable. See our Refund policy for return and cancellation details.
These store policies do not exclude or restrict any non-waivable consumer rights, legal warranties, cancellation rights or remedies under applicable Canadian federal, provincial or territorial law. Where a mandatory rule provides greater protection, that rule applies.
